Jeff Donald serves as Chief Operations Officer at SPECON, overseeing all operational aspects of the company. Jeff began his tenure at SPECON in the fall of 2001 in the role of Project Estimator. Over the years, he transitioned into operations and took charge of management for all projects based in Birmingham. In 2016, he was promoted to Manager of the Birmingham office.
